- Due to the nature of Wikki Stix, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective (see last section).
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging when contacting us.
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We’ll review your claim and provide return instructions if applicable.
- We will discuss and agree with you if the order should be replaced with new products or refunded.
- In the case of a return/refund; once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, unwanted items, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
